Character select time

Ever had it where people pick such squishies..and then you at last and their like "we need cc".."we also need tank" (u as supp)..2 secs left and boom your kicked for not selecting...like ya i could've picked a random char and be that and get reported for trolling....in total I need time to think of who i want to be..the timeframe allowed after they all selected especially if enemy chooses fast, I have not enough time to pick, then I lose LP, have to wait for new game, etc. Come on riot. WTF!!!!! Whats worse is when it says I have 15 seconds left then it boots me anyway for not picking yet, WTF is with that too??? Yes the whole game takes long enough but I'd rather play where I have time to make a good play than end up losing due to character time to choose. Hell...you can take time from trade-time for it. We dont need that much trade-time.
