Get fed or Feed!

Lately in games all I ever see is a fed team and a team that fed them. I know in this game we are to strive for greatness, but to overpower a enemy team I find is way too easy when you're already fed against the enemy team and loses the "fun" for the losing team eventually inting and FF'ing which is typically a waste anyway. And I'm not even "just whining" over the games where I was feeding, but even the ones where all we did was eat which is where I find games are at currently.

My proposition: Overall vs 1 guy.

Overall: After 10 kills over, a minor setback in stats of your team, all kills henceforth without the enemy team getting kills killing furthers this. So in games that are say at like 8/24... Either: team with 8- buffed in stats OR team with 24-nerfed in stats

Champion- Yes we all like to be a carry for the team..but there needs to be consequences for doing so. If the overall kills is over the 10, the one with the most kills gets more a deduction than the rest of the team. If say It's a mix of 3 people, then the 3 will get the more deduction than the other 2.

Note I speak for Summoner's Rift. Guessing the 3v3 should be Overall:6. ARAM-no penalty as that's all "custom" games anyway.

In my mind the purpose of the game is to overpower using the obstacles, Baron, Dragon, towers down, inhibitor down.
Kills should help but not as much as it currently is.

I know I'll likely get downvoted for this opinion, as we likely have a lot of players that love to "own" their enemies to the ground, but this is for fairness of fun for both teams, not just the fed team! Anything over 10 kills I instantly view as a BG anyway and reply as such. GG requires a challenge!
