About Fiora, her passive and her ult

First I wanna say, props to you Riot, the rework is REALLY fun to play. I've been spending my last few days spamming her and playing around with different builds etc. and she surely seems like a good design.

I also don't think she needs too much to be a great pick. The only thing that REALLY bothers me is her passive respawn duration and the ultimate, which is bugged as hell atm.

The passive has two issues imo. When standing in a bush and someone comes near you, it doesn't spawn. While it might be beneficial to keep your stealthing up, it's still awkward as hell because you can't poke effectively without it. This immediately brings me to the second passive problem, the spawn / respawn duration is too long for it to be a really useful mechanic. It's not great to just stand around for half a second in a fight without knowing what to do or where to go because your passive is respawning. It needs to come up quicker so you can immediately walk towards a position or in general decide what to do with it. Wasting time in fights is never great, especially on a champion who relies on that mechanic. Teamfights are quick, multiple half seconds wasted will make her more clunky than anything else. If anything, make the respawn time go down per lvl on 7 and 13 or sth? Something like 0.5 / 0.3 / 0.1 would be great

Her ultimate on the other hand is just a buggy mess. It has a stupid windup time so you can't combinate it with procing a vital, ulting and then proc the same one again with the next auto because for some reason it takes time to appear (again, wasting time isn't great). In addition to that, your ultimate sometimes just goes on CD when used and does nothing. This mostly happens when you use it on a low target that dies shortly afterwards. Cooldown is there but no healing area so you just waste your ult for nothing. This NEEDS to be fixed.
