Meanwhile I'm just enjoying to have more toplane viability and meaningful damage on champions that are supposed to deal damage. Plus, Garen and Darius are still easily countered. You can't get in their face without dying anymore? Well too bad, try something else instead. Finally some non disease inducing champs (Looking at you Fizz / Irelia) on top lane that can potentially carry. And with that, other champs got better too, Kennen I.E.

Thanks for this patch Riot. Too bad that Skarner is a hiccup but oh well, happens. Now all you have to do is nerf Riven, Vayne and Teleport by a bit.

Edit: I guess it's true, lower elo people just think that stuff that deals dmg in melee is op because they can't kite...and because of that they'll probably get nerfed into oblivion for highelo again :c

It's not broken at all, low Elo players like myself complain about broken this broken that nerf xxx nerf oooo but the most logical explanation is that we as lower Elo just understand less about simple mechanics there is always a counter I've been beaten as a 20/9/5 garen and I've won 3/2/7 garen people need to learn and stop crying op I've never had a vayne or yi jungle victorious against my team but sure it's op I as a low Elo player have never asked for nerfs or cried op I have asked for a buff(hello aatrox)

I understand some things may be over powered but what I'm saying is instead of crying op 1. Find a way to defeat or 2. Give constructive feedback as to why it's op Like let's use garen people say he does too much damage with just a black cleaver I disagree his damage is good against squishes against hard tanks he's kinda weak amumu is a great counter to him for example along with a non devourer shyvana I had trouble with maoki I'm just saying first day a new thing comes out we don't know how to counter it yet and with a little time we find out how to counter but by that time so many people cry that an unwarranted nerf comes in and ruins the viability of a champion

The thing is. There are MANY more melee champions, especially 'Juggernaut' type melee champions, that go top lane besides Garen and Darius.

Where do Wukong, Xinxiao, J4, Trundle, Jax and the like stand in the top lane bruiser spectrum? How do they beat close range power houses like them when their kits are specifically designed for all-ins too?

I like the changes myself garen and Darius weren't meant to be full tanks they're meant to be hybrids and squishy killers now that being said our Elo misses a lot of mechanics "csing, trading properly, all-inning at the right time, warding, team fighting" all these things play roles in how powerful certain champs are My silver friend told me cs doesn't matter that when he plays jinx he farms champs guess what he loses alot

One thing i agree is that this patch is most imbalanced so far this season. Each time im the one banning i just drop my hands, close eyes and chose random bans cause theres so much overpowered shit right now that it doesent matter at all.

If Darius or garen reach a carry its their own fault it's called bad positioning and to counter that if they are in good position and darius run straight through your tanks/support and get them then tanks/support's not doing their job and that's a team failure not a Darius win

Personally I really enjoyed the patch but obvi there will be complainers. I main Irelia and I mean she is pretty 'disease inducing', every game I play her into something cheesy like Darius or Garen they always whine when they get stomped. Not just my lane but their entire team, quite entertaining.
