Riots Fetish With Making Skill No Matter (Revives/Invincibility)

I just want to get this out of the way and I don't mean a reviving passive like Sion's, Aatrox's, or Anivia's. No, I'm talking about an even more hellish force.

So, as I'm primarily an ADC main, I know that supports are what's going to get me through the laning phase and get me fed. It goes without saying that a support is key to an ADC's success. However whilst it's a large key, the ADC doesn't have to completely depend on them. There should still be a level of outplay and skill involved.

So supports by default should have abilities to keep their ADC alive and get them kills. But is there a time where it goes too far? Yes.

Those times is when your support gets killed, you've dodged each skill shot, used your Sivir's E or Quicksilver to say "Fuck you" to the supports stun or root and you've effectively managed to kill the support and ADC, then something magical happens.

Janna goes into the T-Pose position with a magical circle of love surrounding her. Taric has a halo float down on him and his team mate. Kayle zaps her ADC up with a orange aura. Zilean whacks his ADC across the face with his clock. LuLu shares drugs with her best friend Mister Draven.

All of the out play you've gone through to kill the ADC and his support, it gets cancelled and wiped away. And it's even more painful to know in two minutes, the same fucking thing will happen again. It doesn't matter if the enemy ADC is someone who still thinks Ashe is a viable choice in 2k17 and the support can't land a single skill shot, with a press of one button everything is gone and then your mid lane Yasuo starts yelling at you for feeding.

Support champions like this have passed our under-standing of support. They've gone on to become gods. This is a bad addiction that Riot keeps on doing and if you ask me reworks should be done so only two people have it. Not at least five (fairly cheap) people. And it's not even like the respective supports are useless outside of their ULT. Janna has a good amount of CC and a shield (Which also increases AD). Taric is a good support for making big plays and works well when the ADC is in cahoots with him. Kayle can heal which is a good trait to have. Zilean? Zilean is strong and has a good skill-cap, there's a reason why we've been seeing him come around more often (And not just because chrono memes and GA+ULT combo). And LuLu is probably one of the worst supports to go against.

A good example of a supports ULT is something like NuNu where he can slow and deal damage for the ADC to get a kill. Or Sona where she can do a massive stun. Hell, even Karma has a good ult (I love her ult). Riot should be making supports ults more like Rakan's and Nami where they can zone out people and do heavy CC.

tl:dr - Fix Janna, Taric, Kayle, Zilean and LuLu so skill matters.
