14 Day-Suspension for this?

Context: Bot lane fed pretty hard, four of us agree to an FF apart from Tristana - the person behind the feeding. I ask Tristana why she won't FF, in which she says she's enjoying it. She asks if I'm enjoying it, I say "no". And so she tells people to report me for negative attitude as I am "not enjoying the game". Before this, I had no ill-intent apart from my rather crude attitude. It's also better as I had the most kills and damage on the team.

Riot, how and why is it acceptable to 14 day ban someone for not enjoying a game?
