Veigars W now has 2-3 charges.

this will make him less reliant on landing his stun to land his w, but would make him able to make a meteor show on targets who are trapped within his cage. dropping one meteor on a target who is trapped will do nothing because of the easy sidestep but 2 or 3 meteors is more fun and useful while still offering counterplay. thoughts
