Before the rework, I used to buy Black Cleaver on Garen, then go full tank, ending up eith ~180 AD
After the rework, I have 220 AD with Black Cleaver, then full Tank

that's 40 more AD... nothing special. but after lvl16, the E damage is just insane. Q, E and half the ticks will be full damage because the cleaver just stacks too fast now!
