I don't think Garen is ban worthy anymore

I personally love all the Garen QQ. He was overall nerfed other than his new Villian passive and yet he is OP now. People aren't even complaining that his Villian is the reason which is the funny thing. They say the rest of him is the reason when it was in fact crappier than old Garen.
Garen lost tankiness, lower silence, lower MS boost, less damage til late game where he does more than, all for Villian. Does he sound OP to you? If people are crying about him being OP, god help their soul about old Garen. He was vastly stronger before.
Garen's inherent speed wasn't even the goddamn problem. It was his speed combined with plate.
I never really banned him because of how he played in top lane, personally. I banned him because he basically removes carries during a team fight, unless you hard cc him. And then you've cc'd a tank like a dumb.
Villain no longer triggering when killing Garen must be nice for top laners though.

He's not banworthy because there are better ban options out there right now and we only have 3 bans per side for some fucking reason.
He's still annoying though.
3 times played against Garen top as Vayne, 3 times destroyed him
I am infinitely more afraid of a late game garen who actually has a semi decent gapcloser than a late game Darius who wont even get in range of priority targets before his death.
