Seriously this is getting ridiculous.
Look at how many champions we have to ban so we can have a fair and balanced game:
Just fucking look at this
Give us at least 5 bans per team in solo q/ranked5s-3s and leave LCS/Worlds with 3 bans
if you are intimidated by that many champs

If you're going to include Garen after the nerfs post rework which put him in a pretty good place...
Where's Thresh, Braum, Alistar, Reksai, Viktor, Ekko, Gragas etc?
Requirement for ranked would change to 20. More chances of your favourite champion being banned. All those champions can be countered some way as well.
you forgot 
5 bans per team in solo queue, each player gets 1 ban. Less QQ about "why didnt you ban X" and allows people to ban specific champs they have issues with (if I am adc I would always want hecarim banned even though he is unpopular). Not enough coordination, especially across teams to ban out an entire roles meta.
Ranked teams sticks with current ban system as it encourages coordination from picks/bans and limits banning out someone if you know who you are facing (like in pro games).
Seems like this would be the ideal solution...but hasnt happened yet
