New catch-up mechanics

Just watched ProfAkali's recent vid on the new Dark Harvest because I'm too lazy to redownload a PBE client and test the new stuff for myself.

He went 2-0 and then died once. His bounty was 650G. He later dies for 700g at a 3 kill streak. So it's not just a one off deal. His ally Shen also dies for 600G later on for only being 2-0 as well.

650G for being on a 2 kill streak? I get the incentive behind such numbers, but still that much? This is pretty much punishing people for getting kills at this point. This poses the question of what if you literally just inted all game? You could literally just run into people and die to them 2+ times repeatedly all game. Your ally then comes in to clean up the kills and profit heavily. This is basically reverse gold funneling or in a much more correct term Ponzi Gold Funneling. You make the enemy think they're fed, but in actuality they're losing out on gold heavily.

T1 Towers buffed by a decent amount. More HP, AD, armor, and MR. That's not too bad. The only bad thing about the T1 Turret changes is how much gold they give. The HP has basically been divided into 5 bars. 5000 total HP. 1000 HP per bar. The first 4 bars grant 160G each. The 5th bar grants 210G. As these numbers currently stand a T1 Tower now grants over a potential 850G without the FB mechanic. FB is still a mechanic as it currently stands, so if you get both in conjunction you'll get over 1250G. That's a whole lot of gold if you manage to proc each destruction. When putting that into conjunction with the new bounty system it seems very overwhelming in terms of how much gold you can potentially receive in the early game.

On an extra note it seems as though anything beyond the T1 turrets have been ignored completely.
