Games are so one-sided these days

People get ahead quickly not to mention snowball champs and basically just dominate the games.

I agree, it seems like one team gets ahead it's game over these days, used to be constant "comebacks" and late game fights, now it's one team getting 10+ kills and dominating the entire game and winning.

Usually the scores are set like 2v10 or 3v16 OR 2v24...

Rofl stomping occurs a bit too much...

Cuz people are finding out they aren't as good at the roles they want to play as they thought they were. I've had maybe 1 in 10 adc's since they started this new champ select that actually had a clue while I was supporting them. Most of them just spam spells till they are oom to farm then never use their autoattacks to harass or anything. Nobody knows how to play their champs it seems like even though they got one of 2 roles they selected. You used to have to rely on on a 20% chance of getting what you wanted. I think the old champ select was saving a lot of people from themselves. It's like the guy who begs for mid all champ select in season 5 and says he will carry then you give it to him and he feeds so hard, but that person is in almost every game now.

Solo queue has been plenty dominated by early-game snowball champions, that much is true.

I've found however that it doesn't hold true for 5v5 coordinated teams. With a decent waveclear comp and some half-decent vision control we've held off 10-24 games until the point Kog'Maw can start melting face. It really is a matter of coordination really.

Its those changes they made late season 5 where turrets take more damage from auto attacks based on your AD+AP and the change where minions get stronger when a team's average level is higher than their enemy's. A single champ mid game can take a turret just as quickly as an entire team before the changes. Pressuring lanes by shoving no longer works. The best way to win these days is to pick 2 plus tanks and bowl down turrets as a whole team mid game. Doesn't matter if your ahead or behind, just get tank items, group and push.

Oh, it's going to get better. Just look at all these people that are going from silver 1 to bronze 3 from placement matches. Have fun watching the players at that actual skill level get shit on because some gold dude got demoted to silver 5 from rito trolling provisional games.
