Can't login with correct username and password on windows 10

So, i have a windows 10, but when I was trying to log in, (with the right username and password) but it says "Invalid Username or Password". Pls help. :D

P.S. I just tried it on the Apple computer and the login worked just fine, however it still doesn't work on the windows computer

This will sound kinda silly, but in the pre-loading screen (before you launch LoL) there is a ? at the top right. click that and try to use the repair tool in the dropdown menu. That solves most problems for me.
