Really %%%%%s? He's immobile as hell, is the EASIEST adc to dive and delete, and you want to nerf him? Why??? Cause baddies don't know how to counter play him? Dumb ass hell.

He has multiple soft CCs, a root, and multiple ways to activate his MS boost. Not to mention death is the best CC, and he does a fuckton of damage. I think he's less of an abomination than the hype of 1000 AD made out, but I've still seen him going through a rotation of autos and do more damage than any other ADC could've done in the same time frame, even with the AS impediment.

I mostly blame the meta making immobile power house champions a bit too strong. Champions like Ashe and Jhin who lack 'tumbles', self knock backs, knock backs or similar gags have to rely on slow(Ashe) or Move speed and roots (Jhin) to reliably get out of ganks, kiting/being chased or chasing down targets, which might end up not being as viable if the champion can say only root one target and then a champion like Voli'bear, Blitzcrank or Thresh ends up stopping them beore they can get safely deep under the turret or stop the target from doing the same and you instead get thrown under their turret and then cc'd down.

Same applies to Sivir but its more of a free poke and a shield to cancel out an ability which is potent against eating a Morganna or Lux Root to gain back a significant chunk of mana to keep sustaining yourself. Her ultimate just adds to the cheese for a mow down chase or get outta a team fight, since its not exactly a move you spam constantly especially if your 'escaping'.

And once again for Jhin? Well its basically the Graves treatment again i guess, Marksmen who works extremely different then normal but ends up being really strong because of those odd gimmicks, except Jhin is about being sneakie setups, well aimed root pokes and timing those 4th shot blasts. Very Least Jhin was the perfect answer to shut down Tanks with his high scaling power, lack of needing attack speed for more attacks when he instead gets damage for making "Every Shot Matters" alot more like those Korean Penetration builds for marksmen thats been going on, which lets him fit in that niche of pot shot pokes over flashing on top of a target and then rapid firing them down like crazy, especially if you got lifesteal to keep you going. :/

Well, i won't mind Jhin getting nerfed i guess , just hopefully not to the point where his kit makes it impossible to take on Tanks who can build like insane damage blasters and take barely any damage at all from Jhin's attacks even when you got a Lord Dominiks to give you that massive damage spike against tanks.

The only real problem I have with Jhin is his waveclear is too strong. Tone down his grenade and/or his laser and he'd be fine. Damage or mana costs, or both, I guess it doesn't really matter how.

Uh yeah which is why Ashe and Jhin are by far the two strongest ADCs in the game in Plat+ ELO? And both of them are also the top two most frequently played?
