Being demoted and/or loosing LP for S- and up ratings

I mean common ? you have a feeding team with an afk and you get an S and get demoted. I think if you play very well the LP should be adjusted accordingly... it's just not fair Riot. Also try giving better rewards for good behaviour instead of 140 blue essence and a key and honor top level .
