Balance Rank: How is poppy even remotely balanced.

I'm not one to write balance rants about people who aren't Yasuo, but Poppy seems incredibly unfair.

Her laning phase is a nightmare to be against. She gets one armor item and she's almost impossible to kill. I've had Poppies repeatedly dive me under tower before level six. You used to be able to buy armor pen, but now that it's 'lethality' it doesn't really turn on until the midgame.

Midgame she's a tanky bruiser. Late game she is literally impossible to kill. She will stand under both of your last turrets while tanking your entire team and comboing your adc do death.
