Can you plz make magic on hit effect damage work on powder keg plz .

Plz riot make gangplank powder keg proc with lich bane . I mean ezreal has no more restriction from his Q so why gangplank powder keg doesnt proc lich bane . I want to go full ap gangplank and want at least all my ability to be usefull and since gangplank core isnt his ult but his keg i would want quality of life change on him . Its not hard riot .
