So Im seeing lots of people picking footwear on sej, why?

I mean, I know its about healthier clears but is it worth to pick it over aftershock?

If I had to make a guess, she has pretty strong early ganks to possibly reduce the boot timer and also gets benefits from having extra move speed. So it is kind of a win/win for her, Aftershock's damage value isn't going to make as much difference in a kill as her speed.
