Morgana and Zoe (Drowzy and Sleep should be separate CC's)
I'm fully aware that Certainly T has justified making drowzy and sleep two different words that speak to the same cc. I'm not going to provide examples about why x or y interaction refutes that justification. The reality is that the current interaction heavily tilts the encounter into Zoe's favor in a way that way more often than not leaves the shield feeling useless (Because it is NOT saving the ally from that q damage especially as a support).
Particularly in cluttered jungle settings Zoe can clog a choke point and the bubble can hit multiple different people after it drops to the ground. This makes shielding the right ally a best guess crap shoot.
The bubble can be cast multiple times in the time it takes for shield to come back up meaning even one good shield can mean little when Zoe can just fire from a jungle wall a screen away and still get the follow up.
I can't count the number of times I've shielded an ally this patch just to watch them put to sleep and then exploded through the shield this patch.
If drowzy and sleep are intended by the makers of the game to be two words for the same cc, then the argument that it isn't just wont work and though I feel its the wrong call I can't really do anything about that (though it functions redundantly). However, no other cc has two different states that aren't stopped by the shield (morgs ulti, for instance, acts as a slow into a stun as does Karmas tether and fizzs ulti and Morg interacts with all of those slows into stuns and roots and knock ups in a consistent way) and so much of the frustration over this interaction is that you can use whatever words you want for the cc but it LOOKS and functions just like a slow and then a stun (of which there are multiple skills that create a very similar effect) and all of them are negated by the shield provided the shield is up when the root/ stun/ snare is proc'd. This seems the better, much more consistent. interaction to take with the drowzy. If the shield is busted while the team mate is drowzy, then let them fall asleep because we are USED to it working that way. Thats how it works with everything else.
TL/DR Zoe's cc LOOKS like a slow followed by a stun and acts like a slow followed by a stun. It should interact with black shield like every other slow into a stun in the game if for no other reason than visual continuity. Suppression looks like a stun and acts like a stun when it comes to black shield (cleanse and stuns/ suppression being a notable exception to this "looks like/ acts like/ is" reasoning, however suppression was created specifically to salvage certain kits and Morgs shield treats all of those states the same). It was said this interaction could be revisited and I really think that it should. It feels like it was made to act this way specifically to favor the new and shiny champion.
