Framerate??
I went from a steady 60 frames to literally 1 frame when there's a team fight and my ping has gone from 69-90 to regularly being 300-500. I thought this is what the PBE was for?

Maybe you have some packet loss going on? Are you using Wifi or a hardline connection? I'd suggest testing it out with a solid wire connection to your comp from your router if at all possible (assuming you aren't, since most people don't), it could fix your problem.
I base this on the fact that I have the same problem when I'm on wireless. I'll lag nonstop, frames freeze, and I'll even DC occasionally, but when I'm hooked up with an ethernet cable, all the problems stop. It's worth giving it a shot if you're able to, assuming you don't already.
If you are using a hardline, and still having problems, it could be a multitude of other problems...
