How Gold Efficient Are Boot Upgrades

Can someone tell me how efficient a completed pair of boots is or give me a quick overview of efficiency calculation? I just watched a game bjerg was playing where he bought basic boots and then sat on them for a few minutes while building components for two other items in a match up i would have personally built tabi into. 30 armor = Gold 600 45 flat movement speed = Gold 540 Total Gold Value = Gold 1140

Ninja Tabi is 103.64% Gold Efficient

Dont care for the extra movement? Then components like chain vest will give you more of what you want.
