I've been playing a decent bit of normal games lately, and I used to queue for either sup/mid or mid/sup. Whenever I queued for mid/sup I got mid unless the queues were really long. I got fed up with support though, since it's not fun playing with a teleport adc into a kill lane, so I decided to try jungle as my secondary. I've been getting instant queue pops---- and getting jungle pretty much every single game. I have to queue for something else secondary if I want to have a chance at playing my primary.

Maybe riot needs to look into the role? Repeated xp nerfs only exacerbated the issue they were trying to fix- spam ganking is still far more rewarding then farming and intelligent pathing.

Yeah I gotta agree. I'm far more pressured to come in on my laners losing when I play jungle. Even if they don't complain, 9 times out of 10 they feed if I don't drop a tank or two. And then if farm doesn't become relatively profitable til you've got a few levels and items.

Yea, I've noticed since late season 8, queue times for jungle are phenomenally quick, much much quicker than support. This season, I've even started witnessing auto-filled junglers willing to go support. Let that sink in for a moment, people are actually willing to support in SoloQ so long as it means they don't have to jungle. These are strange times indeed.

Junglers have been saying for years that xp nerfs just mean the only meta junglers will be the ones that can permanently gank. That pushed out people mained powerfarming junglers and invading junglers. If any other role had 2/3 of its roster spowly made obsolete it would also have near instant queues lol

If youre a laner who does bad your team will flame you. If youre a jungler who does fine but your team ends up losing, your team will flame you

Just for thinking, maybe problem of jungle isnt primary exp, gold or crab but how cancerous meta is going on for long time, top is home for ones you really dont want gank because is too dangerous like riven, now tahm, morde or karma. Mid is mostly mobile assassins not easy to gank which left you with bot where mostly played supps are cc bots who can screw you easily if you miss pretty narow window of opportunity not mentioning enemy jungle who can opt for hunting you whole game. And there is this full yolo mentality where safe laning is rare and everybody is pushing like no tommorow.
