Assassins are not difficult to play
Assassins have a very simple goal right now- 1 shot anything who isn't full tank. This basically makes it so their goal is clear, just run in, one shot someone, then get out if they need to.
It's much harder to play against this one shot, especially since there are generally no abilities that assassins have that you can outplay reasonably(minus pyke, most fair assassin kit ever IMO). With zed, if he presses r you die eventually with autos and the rest of his kit. Ekko- e then q into a couple of aa:s. Akali-r-q-r, so on and so forth. It isn't hard to press w r aa e q and one shot someone as zed, especially since you can always shadow back at the slightest sign of trouble.
On the other hand, playing an immobile squishy into that is insane. You have to have both flawless positioning AND impeccable teamwork to just survive against them. There is no magic winning one shot combo. Hell, even champions who can do it all can have their damage easilly avoided and outplayed by dodging a skillshot(vel, lux, etc) or staying out of a modest threat range(Annie).
What's causing this? Electrocute. Electrocute makes it so an assassin can miss parts of their combo and still one shot people due to its absurd base damage. It deserves a lower base damage, possibly with a lower CD to compensate.
Edit: clarification
go from 2/5 to 10/6 because he gets
. Frankly it's very VERY annoying to see.
All easy to poke out early, and can easily be shoved under turret. All melee too, so you can easily try for first blood versus them if you have any kill potential.
You have to be smart about her and stay out of her W range while pushing her in. She also has noticeably long cooldowns.
