Ive fought only fioras today in ranked all of them mastery 7 and no matter what they go full tank and one shot the back line.......Its not fair to fight against a 4k hp basically a tank that can one shot and destroy other tanks............
Well , she is my Top lane main , everytime I go top , I usually play her , she is hard to play , and everyone makes mistakes with her , and if you want my true opinion , in the cc games , she is like a troll pick , had a match where I was against

couldn't do anything in fights , w blocks only 1 time , it made me wish picking a real tank , at least I would die a bit longer
she is weak against cc , yeah her strength is insane when she is ahead or when she gets items , but at the end , she is a champion that is supposed to be rewarded in 1 vs 1 duels , it's true that sometimes she can go 1 vs 2 but that happens only when she hits all vitals , your choice now is to perma ban her , thought I don't find her annoying as much as
