Is this another URF thread?

I'm sure it's been asked, and i could be wrong, but didn't we get like a month of URF the past two years? I mean, i consistently see people defending rito with the post explaining rotating game mode (potentially 14 days of URF over the span of a year) but that seems seems silly, in contrast to a month of URF. "BE GRATEFUL, YOU'RE GETTING INFERIOR GAME MODES LIKE SNOWDOWN OR WHATEVER THE FUCK CAME OUT WITH AZIR AND POTENTIALLY 14 DAYS OF URF"
