IDK about you, but URF compelled me to spend more on Skins & Icons.

I know there's no URF right now, and I know that Riot has plans for the rotating game mode thing. I just wanted to know if anyone else spent more on Skins when URF was a thing the past two years. Personally, I bought those summoner icons with the effects, and I bought a fuckton of skins for champions I didn't normally play because the URF buffs changed their play style. Did it influence you at all? I wonder if their sales had any sort of spike because of URF.

I know I bought a couple of the execution icons for URF. And I gifted them to a few friends. They made an actual impact in game.

Not to mention, I played league a ton more during URF then I usually do.

Normally, no events do not make me spend money unless they come with good skins, but I have to say there were champions I bought and played in URF that I normally didn't play in normal modes that made me want to learn them after playing them in URF. So yes, in a way that led me to buying new champs and eventually, yes their skins, etc.
