i'm confused

was URF not popular enough to receive the "extended week" or whatever? i mean, everyone on forums defending riot over april fools kept saying "popular game modes will get extended time" to justify a lack of urf that week. they also mentioned we'll see urf twice in 2016. are we supposed to be sated with two weekends of urf over the four weeks we got in the past two years? i probably sound ungrateful.
