Harder punishments for autofill dodges?

I find that so many people dodge when they get autofilled, though isn't it in place for a reason? It helps everyone learn to support the team, play as a TEAM and not just for themselves. I honestly think there should be harder punishments for dodging autofill games. Nobody wants to go through 5 champion selects for someone to dodge cause they didn't get their role... simple.
