Word Bans

Is there a possible way to get a system put into league where certain words give you an automatic chat ban. Where abusing your teammate and using words such as the c word and the n word give you an automatic chat ban. The only way to reverse it is to send in an apology or some sort of explanation to Riot to why you used those words or abused a team mate? I feel it would clean up the chat a lot of we could get this going.

Since friends hate each other if it were possible to use "/p" to send message to just your party and the rest of the team couldn't see it or worry about a ban.
