Expect Lux to be played even more now lol.

PBE Update:

Final Spark (R)

  • Cooldown refund on Kill increased from 10/30/50% to 30/40/50%

  • [New Effect] Now triggers on enemy champs who die within 2 seconds of being hit by R.

In addition

Rune: Presence of Mind

  • Takedowns restore 20% of your maximum mana and refund 10% of your Ultimate's cooldown."

Since Lux's R cooldown at rank 3 is 50 seconds, so with 40% cdr that makes it = 30 seconds. If she kills someone, she is refunded a total of 60% of the ult cooldown with presence of mind making it around 12 seconds.

and then you realise that lux's problem is not how often she can have ult but rather how her mana cost and her whole laning phase is shit compared to other midlaners

and how she can't clear the wave in 1.5 sec and then put pressure around the map

It's a garbage "win more" buff that does nothing to fix her terrible waveclear which is one of her biggest problems rn Doesn't help that minion HP buffs will only make this problem worse
