Why do Rune Pages cost so much IP?
I decided to main adc/jg as my two roles. I wanted to play some ad based jg but can't have a page for it. If I delete my adc page, I can't play that role. If I delete my ap page, then I can't play ap jg if needed.

I'm 1750 wins in, basically ~3400 wins (not considering my ~500 games of aram and ~100 of twisted treeline) and i dont have all the champs, i don't have 10 rune pages, and i don't have all the rune types, i have bought several high-cost champions with RP too.
Yeah. it's a cash grab.
It's because they have to make the IP cost high since it's a free to play game. The unlockable content needs to have a high game currency price so people can't just go grabbing them instantly or Riot wouldn't be able to hold the game up as they'd lose money faster. This is why they are also available with RP.
