He has a 43.59% winrate. While extremely low, it's false to say it's the lowest. Ryze top and mid, Ivern jungle and support, and kalista ADC all have lower winrates. (Ivern and Kalista all in the 30s)

I was using LolKing's stats. And, yes, Ryze and Kalista's winrates are also pretty bad, but Kalista jungle is doing ok as is Ryze top. Unfortunately, Azir has no real position other than mid.

LoLking uses daily winrates, which aren't reliable.

Also Kalista jungle? That likely has like 1 person playing it, which makes it an outlier

Good. I hate him and hope he never gets buffed. That champion is absolute cancer and I actually stopped playing for a while after he came out because I hated him so much. Him in a spot where I neither have to ban him nor see him picked if I don't is exactly where he needs stay IMO.

Have you considered Wukong mid? The Monkey King seems to counter the Emporer of the Sands pretty well.
