All 4 of the reworks should be disabled, really. Riot just decided that they're fine with overpowered characters in their game now.

Actually it is fixed as of 5.17 (as far as I know)

I tried it in a custom game yesterday pretty often preparing to abuse it but it didnt work :c xD

Yes, riot said they fixed him. Also next patch heals go down to 12% of missing HP per champion hit, but up to 3 targets (36% total). I personaly don't think it will change a lot in bronze-gold, but might mean something in higher divisions, if they ever play him there
