I am so happy CertainlyT works for Riot

He is one of many Rioters working hard making new content for the game. And I love new content.

He is one of many Rioters making unique champions with interesting mechanics. And I love trying out new champions.

He is one of many Rioters involved in updating champions and giving them a more unique identity. And I love seeing how a updated champions turn out. I also love seeing older champions become viable again.

He is one of many Rioters that has made champions that the community commonly complains about and just as other Rioters have in the past, he has made some mistakes.

But from what I have seen, no other Champion Designer takes as much abuse from the community as he does. And more importantly, it has never caused him to give up. I imagine he sees a lot of the complaint threads and reads what people say about him and that would probably be really hard to deal with to the degree that he has too. I enjoy a lot of his work and am really happy that he gets to work at such a cool job and can continue to do what he loves.

Do we need to have another topic where it's "Burn CertainlyT alive" people VS dicksucking people?

Shouldn't the whole fad of making TruedamageC posts be dead by now?

Yeah lets ignore all the incredibly frustrating and broken mechanics hes added to the game. He takes abuse because he makes many of the most broken, obnoxious, and difficult to balance champions. I mean this is the guy that made release kalista, one of the dumbest concepts ever, second only to his morde rework. What is fun about playing against kalista? Yasuo windwall is one of the most frustrating bullshit moves in the game, it would be acceptable as an ultimate on maybe a support champ, and thats not even the most retarded thing about yasuo. His champions kits are just massively overloaded and get their stats nerfed until they are balanced. This still doesn't remove the frustration of playing against them though.

He's got innovative ideas, for sure, but the community doesn't like him because too much innovation is a bad thing. And CT doesn't seem to know where that line is.

Point 1: ALL his champs are overloaded, to the point that many people would argue that they actually aren't that innovative. I can respect a new idea when I see it, but execution is key. And execution is something that has failed to occur on any of his creations until someone else modifies it. He desperately needs a comrade that calms him down from his crazy ambitious ideas.

Point 2: In the case of Morde, he sacrificed the champion's identity to try to force his crazy ideas on the champ. I'm not ever going to praise that, and most others won't, either. Again, it doesn't mean his idea was completely bad. It just means that it was implemented poorly. Perhaps that idea would work on a different champ. But instead of making a new champ, he forced it on Morde. And it failed. Horribly.
