Generally you just find the direct link to the picture (ending in .png .gif .jpeg, etc) and paste it. For some reason the one above doesn't seem to be embedding though. :S

I suppose you're right, but Garen and Sal are the only ones who regen health.
(...and Vi literally can't fight on par without her gloves, heh. )
Tho, I suppose Vi could also be Gaige, considering how Gaige is more popular than Axton. And A full AD Vi if played properly can have a similar impact to a Gaige with high Anarchy stacks, lol.
(I am not implying Vi is a crutch character, so we're clear. ^_^)

Those who view the world through masks can often have very skewed views, like Guy Faux and V.

I mean piltover didn't get any champions for a long time now(Vi was the last,since Jinx seems to be zaunite) and it looks like corki and heimerdinger are going to be more related to bandle city and less with piltover(as both are listed as bandle-city champs,unlike poppy or kennen who are listed as demacia/b-c or Ionia/b-c respectively)
Meaning that Piltover is a bit underrepresented at the moment with only 
&
(zilean is also listed as one)
And well all of them are rather good characters,they are neutral at worst,so an evil piltovian would be a nice for a change.
