What the heck is riot doing??

I can say un un high elo (plat 1 - Diamond 4) and i've never had problems against AP champs, And they are nerfing them all, okay, and lowering janna's w dmg by 5 points Will change something?? A lot of champs need Some work, and I say A LOT, mordekaiser need a lot of fixes, lissandra needs a real passive with all those changes, more mana Will be useless.. same to xerath.. everyone is saying kai'sa and khazix are Broken, where are the nerfs?? What is riot thinking?
