We need more Magic Pen items.
Don't know, there are only three Magic Pen items, and you can't buy those with Some champs or you"ll loose a lot of Power Morello boots and void staff isn't enoguh tho stop a mundo with over 300 mr

The difference in the effects of AP and AD mitigation isn't even balanced. Most AP is burst and if mitigated or blocked have to deal with CDs before they can even attempt to fight more. Many AD champs can do just as much damage with AA's and then you have their skills on the top of it which many are resourceless. AP needs to be thrown a bone. The tough part is that squishies will suffer worse, it is mostly tanks or tanky champs that make AP completely ineffective.
Here is an idea:
Instead of buffing to balance, how about we nerf damage for once? Make AD less effective or better mitigation for AD damage.
Its not te best idea cuz we wouldnt have enaugh item slots, its more like we need magic pen buff
If AP gets more Pen items, AD gets Sword of the Occult back

don't build flat pen against someone with high mr, buy liandrys, voidstaff and ap
Mpen works different to Armpen. If you give ap's 15 magic pen items they gonna do true damage to squishies, not just deal with tanks
