So, riot decided to keep buffing shields

They're mostly buffing mid lane Lux not really support Lux. A Lux is definitely not going to build the same things as a janna/lulu even if she goes "support."

Her shield speed/strength was nerfed a while back because she was deemed "too safe" when caught out. That's not at all an issue anymore with how the game has shifted.

Damage is too high, so they buff shields. Then Shields become too strong again.. what is the best you can do against it? Right, buff damage.

Basically Riots balancing philosophy over the last years. And now we are sitting here wondering why this game feels like bullshit.
