Because you built shyv on Miss Fortune. Phantom Dancer is way better on Miss Fortune (Auto attacks a lot, so the attack speed, crit, and ignoring collision is much more useful than a one-two time shock and less attack speed and crit.)
Also did you bully Vayne hard early game? I know it's pretty hard to, she can't really fall behind much thanks to BoRK, but if you keep making her back/die, you will get a very good gold advantage on her. Miss Fortune has a considerably better Early game than Vayne.
