Question about Hecarim's Passive
It says that he gains increased AD based on his bonus movement speed. What does it mean by bonus movement speed? Is this the same as movement speed, as in any items in the shop (including boots) that gives you mobility? I noticed this on Akali's passive too; her passive said something along the lines of gaining bonus AP or Spell Vamp or something. The part that confuses me is the bonus portion; what does it mean when it says bonus?
