Nerf and make him so useless that he would have <1% playrate. Leave him like that for 3+ years. Tell people you have no plans for him, and after that Ignore every thread about him. Make them suffer like Aatrox mains.

All they have to do to fix zed is test removing the slow from his kit, it doesn't affect his combo at all because an instant combo doesn't care about the slow while delayed doesn't either.
All the slow affects is his escapes which he already has enough of and gap closing to weave AA's in his combo thus removing them would make him work a bit harder to AA you after a combo which he gets to do too easily.
