Attack Move on Left Mouse Button

Hey there Rioters,

I say Rioters because I guess that's something Riot must do or don't know what other players' thoughts are about it.

I recently bought a new mouse and the button 4 and 5 (the typical side buttons) are in different place than the previous one I had. Basically my Logitech G300 had the side buttons on a place that you would press them with your index finger. I had the Attack Move Click on mouse button 4 which means I was farming, kiting, attacking enemies with my index finger and not with the regular right click most people do.

My new G903 mouse has the side buttons on the thumb. And that completely destroyed my gaming experience since I couldn't farm. BEST option was to assign Attack Move on the left click (which by the way is at the very bottom of the hotkeys page BUT you have to be IN-GAME to see this option).

This pretty much brought back my gaming experience but the problem is that if you click the shop the "click" will Attack Move. If you press "V" and click for the danger ping it will do nothing because it understands you're pressing Shift+click which is attack move so it doesn't work.

Is there ANY chance.. to make this Attack Move on Left Mouse work ONLY on terrain and not on the UI? Or when someone presses "V" and click, the click will be a normal click? Or if there's a way to do it anybody knows how?

Of course I can change those keys to another hotkey or simply use P for shop or anything but when you play a game for 7 years and you are used to do some things with specific keys.. a simple small change can ruin your experience.
