Sometimes Runes won't open on champ select!!

This bug is annoying and I'm not sure if anyone here had this before but sometimes when you join the champ select and you press to change the runes.. the rune page WON'T open at all. Not sure how this is triggered but it won't open unless you close the client and re-open it.

It will show a frame that something is opened and you get the X button to close it at the right top side but it shows nothing in it. So you either can't do any changes on the runes or you gotta at last go with the already made Rune pages by Riot.

I think that is the main reason many people quit the champ select now.
