What's up with my teammates?

I don't know what these people are thinking, but league is a game of strategy. There have been multiple games where I have had teammates throw leads that I had attained for my team, and it really sucks. I aggressively ping, and though this isn't ranked, I'd like to win you know, instead of constantly seeing the defeat screen. If you check my latest matches with , I do relatively well, stealing camps, teamfighting, etc. However, it gets to a point when my teammates stop thinking logically and throw the game, and even though I aggressively ping them, they never seem to listen. This is also the reason I have been so highly unmotivated to play ranked anymore, and that is because my teammates lack rational thinking and just believe in the concept of pressing buttons and clicking. I don't know what to do anymore, but the quality of games seem to get worse the more I play. I am getting frustrated, and think that riot has to group people who have the same skillcap with one another, because I'm tired of getting trolled, inted, or losing the game over my teammate's mistakes. If anyone can help me find ways to improve my play, and work better quality teammates (or help bad ones use their brains), I would greatly appreciate it.
