Bronze As A Whole

I'm at a point where I can't climb. The quality of gameplay is worse, and I feel as if i am playing with people who have just started the game. If you look at my op.gg, my games are win-loss-win-loss, etc. I thought that as I climbed higher, I would play with better teammates, but my match history and experience in game proves otherwise. I have duoed with my Silver 1 friend, and I find it easier to play against gold/silver players than playing among bronze teammates. It might sound funny, me being Bronze 2, but I don't know what to do anymore. I need advice to deal with these players, who are constantly playing bad and throwing leads down the drain, constantly feeding, and refusing to counter-build against the enemy. I am tired of being in Bronze, and I find it nearly impossible to climb with teammates who simply put, don't understand the game and their champions. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
