Singed Fling + Mega Adhesive combo needs a change.

I like the idea that Riot gave this to Singed awhile back. But I very rarely see the combo being used. Mainly because it is a very difficult combo to actually set up. There is a VERY short window of time to cast the adhesive while your target is in the air so that pretty much is out of the question for many players who don't have 20 ms. And if you try to set up the root before you fling it pretty much is the most obvious sign to the enemy player of what your intentions are, let alone actually flinging your target onto it. Like I said, it was a buff to Singed back in the day, but it really turned out to be just a function that nobody is able to use because the difficulty of actually getting the combo off.
