Courage of the Colossus, what's your opinions?

I find it very fun to use, especially in lane trades. It mitigates pretty much all the damage if the trade is short, which brings back the wet noodle tank v tank fights. I personally love it. What do you think?

It's not bad, not strong enough to call it op, but it's quite good if you know what you're doing. It's also extremely fun on alistar and nautilus (I only tried it on them though)

It accidentally saved my life quite a few times already, so I'm not sure if I need to know what I'm doing for it to be good XD I can definitely see it being amazing on both of those champions.

The thing is: it gives a great shield so if you're able to gauge more or less the damage you'll take it can enable you to stay in the fight even when low on hp, at one point I had something like 100 hp, just one hit, ult down (I was alistar) and the heal wasn't near to proccing, but my q was out of cd, I q'ed (I think he was either a talon or a shaco) and the shield was so huge that my team managed to come to me and save my ass killing the guy in the process. That's why it's so strong: if you don't know what you're doing it might luckily save you, but if you can gauge more or less the situation you're in it can be extremely strong, especially if you intendo to bait the enemy.

It's actually got me interested in playing tanky supports again so I like it as well. Used it on thresh earlier and it was pretty funny.

Its strong. Very strong. I can see them nerfing it in the future because its a keystone that does so may useful things and it benifits more then just tanks.

Been ignited? Cc the enemy and dont worry about it.

Got caught by the enemy team doing a bad play? Just CC one of them and soak up the damage as you make your escape.

Win a 1v1 easily because you have a shield to go with your CC.

Trading damage is now harder vs opponents with CC.

Im gonna be totally real here. Annie benefits from this keystone the most she has alot of CC and now she has survivability.

Imo tldr. Its to strong and needs nerfs.

Getting a 7% boost to your shield for every enemy around and a 10+10 for ever level on top of that.... Kind of overloaded... Even with the cooldown. I was playing Zac earlier and it was absolutely brutal in teamfights... well we lost that game but anyways. xD

Now imagine that on a damage threat (assuming you were playing him full tank). Someone like Vi, for example.

I've personally tried to peel a teammate getting chased by 3 enemies by snaring one of them as Maokai. I was low health and I was willing to sacrifice myself to save my teammate, but the shield saved me. It's great.

As for Annie, I'm okay with her going offtank build and Courage of the Colossus, if it means that she has less damage. Assuming she's going for CoC instead of Thunderlord's, she would also lose flat Mpen or 45% CDR, and 12 points of Ferocity tree, which would probably include double edged sword or bounty hunter (which can stack up to 7.5% now), Feast for lane sustain, etc. She could take Explorer for roaming and maybe that's worth it, though.

I've tried it on Wu and I am in love with it. He may only have the one initiation, but with enough CDR, he can bulldoze an entire enemy team with no fucks given.

Is that worth taking over Grasp of the Undying, Stormraider's Surge, Thunderlord's, or the new Fervor? I feel like the shield would be wasted for the most part, since they probably wouldn't focus you when you engage.

that thing is so good on malp ults
