So with the new changes to Muramana you might be getting oom when playing Ezreal. So I am just going to guess now that the best build is an old fashion Ezreal build.

Iqqi1 votesNo you wont. Read the entire description. "Only activates on attacks against champions". You wont go OOM. Its the exact same thing. Except the dumbed it down for people who could not remember to turn it on or off.
