has, +/- 200, it will be 120 of hp, it isn't too much.

no champion was as much in the top 10 top lane picks, and repeatedly downright the best champion on top lane, as gankplank since his rework.
he has so much of everything.
his barrel mechanic honestly needs a mini rework. the fact that he can place them behind himself and then chain them into you mid explosion defeats the entire purpose of putting a health bar on these things.
it takes a lot of time to master triple barrels, but in the end the technique just removes the intended counterplay on the ability.
