So when are you going to realize removing the armor shred is all you need to balance his kit, he was fine before you added 25% armor pen on a spell hes going to pump. Did you forget he has the villain mechanic for high priority target damage, is insanely tanky natural, and has high base damage?

I agree he can build full damage items and still be hard to kill on top of sitting there afk with his E and when its finally done god forbid he has to land the hardest skill shot in the game aka his Q once thats over he hits u with a 1.5k ult
